Adam Gordon is a serial entrepreneur with a deep expertise in HR and recruitment technology. He’s the former CEO of Candidate ID, a pioneering marketing automation platform for talent acquisition, which he sold to iCIMS in 2022. Adam has also held leadership roles such as CEO and Managing Director at Norman Broadbent. Currently, he is the co-founder of PoetryHR, an innovative startup developing recruiter enablement technology. Adam operates out of Glasgow, Scotland, and brings over 24 years of experience in business tech and recruitment marketing to the table.
